Wellness Real Estate Partners is a real estate investment company focused solely on acquiring real estate leased to behavioral health companies either through sale-leaseback transactions of owned real estate or acquisitions of de-novo locations.

Our model is simple: we purchase the real estate owned by a behavioral health company and, at the same time, lease the real estate back to the the company in a long-term lease structure (a “sale-leaseback”).

The transaction is seamless and the provider continues to operate exactly as it did before, while at the same time receiving cash that may be re-invested in the business.
